ILLUSTRATIVE PORTFOLIO

Explore the method.
See the possibilities.

These three samples demonstrate how we approach AI strategy, workflow design, and responsible governance.

All samples are illustrative. They are not completed client engagements, client endorsements, validated implementations, or evidence of achieved outcomes.

01 / ILLUSTRATIVE METHOD

AI Readiness Assessment — Illustrative Method

A sample assessment scope examines two administrative workflows through up to three stakeholder interviews. It considers ownership, data, operating constraints, and workforce readiness.

Up to five candidate opportunities are compared by value, feasibility, adoption effort, and risk. Example outputs include a readiness scorecard, interview synthesis, prioritized opportunities with human controls, and a 30-day roadmap with owners and validation checkpoints.

Boundary: a planning example, not a certification. Actual scope and timing are agreed for each engagement.

02 / CONCEPT DEMO • SYNTHETIC DATA

Healthcare Administrative Workflow — Concept Demo

A fictional 27-person behavioral-health practice provides the setting for an administrative request workflow covering scheduling, billing, and portal access.

Rules suggest a queue; staff confirm or redirect the request. The concept demonstrates intake logging, human approval, status tracking, and sample reporting.

Boundary: no real patient data, EHR connection, clinical triage, or patient advice. No operational savings, client outcomes, or deployed results are claimed.

03 / ILLUSTRATIVE FRAMEWORK

Responsible AI Governance — Illustrative Framework

A NIST-informed example organizes governance around Govern, Map, Measure, and Manage: assign owners and policies, define intended use and stakeholders, evaluate quality and failure modes, and establish controls and escalation.

Illustrative controls include human approval, sensitive-data minimization, access logging, factual-accuracy testing, and pause or escalation paths.

Boundary: not an audit, certification, or NIST endorsement. The framework is informed by NIST AI RMF 1.0 and the Generative AI Profile.

Apply the thinking to your priorities.
